Strength
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Our Functional Strength sessions focus on building total-body strength through a combination of barbell lifts and free weight exercises using kettlebells and dumbbells. Each session is centered around foundational movement patterns — squat, hinge, lunge, push, and pull — helping you develop balanced, functional strength. These workouts are designed to be fully scalable for all fitness and experience levels.

Conditioning
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Our Conditioning sessions are designed to build a strong aerobic and anaerobic base, improving overall cardiovascular performance. Each workout combines erg machine work — such as the rower, bike, and ski erg — with running and functional movements for a well-rounded workout. Expect a mix of structured intervals, EMOMs, and team-based efforts that test your ability and push your limits.

Stretch + Mobility
Saturdays
Our Stretch + Mobility sessions are designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and support overall movement quality. Each session combines guided stretching with banded mobility work to help release tight muscles, reduce tension, and improve joint function. Expect a slower-paced, intentional class focused on recovery, alignment, and moving your body with more ease.
